The Reef Octopus MF300B media reactor includes everything you need, even the feed pump is included.  All you need for the Octopus MF300B reactor is carbon, GFO, or any other types of media you wanna use on your aquarium.  Can be used in your sump, hang on, or externally on your tank with a simple to remove lid.
